Freedom Drive to Area AGM (VRRT 218)

We started our journey from Varanasi on 19^th morning with Stickers of Freedom Drive on our Car. Sq.Leg Saurabh Chakrabarthy, LMF Tr.Tanmay Jain and LMF Tr.Sanket Bagla were excited to witness the AGM hosted by the super dynamic team of KCRT 111 and KRT 16.

Conveners for the event – Tr.Tarandeep and Tr.Arpit personally called to ensure our arrival in time – We truly appreciate their gesture. We reached around 4 pm and the Host Table was in full action to ensure our super easy check- in and registration formalities.

Freedom Drive on I-Day / Surat Tablers

Since Table Nos. has just become a formality, We at SRT-135 jointly with SURT-265,SMRT 155, SLC 72 ,SULC 138 and SCRT 195 celebrated the most prestigious day for every INDIAN….

First be all gathered at one point and mounted RTI stickers on our cars and then proceed as a convoy with Indian and RTI flags in our hand wavering throughout the way to Bonand school….

Flag hoisting at RTI school  at Bonand was done sharp at 8.30 am followed by singing of National Anthem and distrubuting of breakfast , desserts and chocolates to 196 children of the school. Saplings plantation was also done to promote the GO GREEN initiative…

Then we proceed for joint breakfast fellowship at surti’s favourite “maddhi ni khamani ” where we relished khaman , khamani,dhoklas and various mouthwatering delicacies…

At last we left for our home with sweet memories of indian flag and smiles of school children in our heart…

FREEDOM DRIVE TO AREA AGM

ART 40 has decided to do a Freedom Drive from Ahmedabad to Udaipur during the 7^th Area AGM of Area 11, Garam Masala was organized.

The said idea of Freedom Drive was planned through the Freedom Drive Stickers promoted by the National Supply House of Round Table India. 

The journey started on 6^th August from Ahmedabad where we have pasted the Round Table India Stickers on our car. As entire Area 11 was travelling together for the Area AGM everyone noticed that we have organized the Freedom Drive to promote and publicise our Parent Organization Round Table India.

The icing on the cake was when we have taken break near Rajasthan Border, there were lot of people who approached us to exactly know why this sticker was pasted on our car. We have explained them about Round Table India and the activities undertaken by us. They were very happy to know that youngsters can also do such wonderful activities.

The Freedom Drive was witnessed by Past President Vineet Parikh and National PR and Branding Convener Ankit Agarwal as well.

Overall, Great experience with satisfaction that we contributed something to our movement.
