The Funds required to build the 5 Classroom Block came from Various Fund Raisers the Tables Did Individually and Part of The Funds were given By Corporate Giant P&G’s CSr Initiative called SHIKSHA

Saraswati Vidya Mandir High School, Mahim Mumbai, is a school for under-privilege children, it caters to mostly poor children from Dharawi area (Asia’s largest Slum in Mumbai)
The total project entailed doing the entire 5th Floor (New Block) the construction was done by the school and we have undertaken the project of doing the renovation of the entire floor including Flooring, Walls, POP, Painting, Doors, Benches, Painting, Educomp Smart Class works, Electricals etc.
The total project cost was Rs. 40 lacs, which is funded by P&G Shiksha – Rs. 20 lacs, RTI Foundation – Rs. 5 lacs, BSRT-26 (Lead Table) – Rs. 5 lacs, BNRT 19 – Rs. 5 lacs & MGRT 198 – Rs. 5 lacs.
The project was completed and inaugurated by Mr Damon Jones, Director, Asia Communications P&G from Singapore, the event was well attended by over 75 people from P&G, RTI, Mumbai tables
