The Tablers of SURAT and AREA XI of Round Table India have done themselves Proud with the amount of the Publicity They have generated for ROUND TABLE INDIA.  The Participation at the SBA Property Show with a STALL publicizing RTI was amazing and the Response they will get will not be in days or months but years to come.

4 Tables of Surat Round Table got an excellent initiative to Publicize Round Table India @ Surat Builders Association Property Show from 17th to 19th Feb 2012

After our immediate meet of 4 Publicity Conveners 1 from each table last week, we started working fast on the concept of “How to make People Aware about Round Table”

We decided to go with a high quality branding which shows the Large size logo of Round Table India along with all 4 Tables, Ladies Circle India, 2 Ladies circles of Surat, along with sole picture of the school projects RTI has built, projects which are under development & of the projects which are already being approved and are ready for the start up.

We also included the activities of Ladies Circle & with some write ups which clearly shows “What Round Table” is all about, our projects which are completed & Projects which are under construction.

Along with this, we came up with an idea of distributing Brochures of Round Table India which has to be in English as well as in Gujarati so that local people can come to know about RTI.

After everything was completed by Thursday 16th Feb, it was time now to get the things fixed at the Booth No:86 & 87 which was allotted to us. By 02:30am on 17th Feb everything at the Booth was perfectly done.

Morning at  10:00am on 17th AC.Tr.Naitam Kapadia, AS.Tr.Jeegar Jariwala were already there at the Booth for the start up of RTI presentation after the inauguration ceremony was done by a Minister & CP.Asthana.

There were more than 20,000 people visited the show on 1st day, and more than 800 brochures were distributed to People who were really interested to know about “What is Round Table India” with a brief explanation.

On day two 18th Feb, there were more than 60,000 people visited the show, Tablers, Circlers & HTs kept on coming to help those Tablers who were at the show and help everyone with sharing thoughts about Round Table India.

On a last day of the show 19th Feb which was Sunday and there was an expectation of more people coming to visit the show, there were more than 100,000 people visited on Sunday. People were briefed about Round table  India & all our activities, over all we at the end of the show Received a tremendous response from the people across the Surat as well as from the neighboring towns. We found many interested Prospectives & Donors who really wanted to help us by giving something to RTI.

It was all not possible without Tr.Manish Tamakuwala (SMRT 155), and AC.Tr.Naitam Kapadia & Tr.Vaishal Kapadia, HT.Anurag Mehra who really gave their precious time with their excellent explanation of Round Table India.
