PURT 144 is now organizing a Blind Man’s Car Rally now on the 4th March 2012. This is the 6th BMR Car Rally for RTI this year with tables from Surat/Ahmedabad/Mumbai and Calcutta already doing it. This is Huge Publicity and Fund raiser Event and also a Community Service for the Community
