BIHAR FLOOD RELIEF DETAILS.

Dear Friends,

We hereby inform you all, that the support and the response to the noble cause we have headed for, has been phenomenal. A big thanks to you all.

Friends, the essentials which has been collected so far, is going to be dispatched in the evening, from my residence i.e. Silver spring 5, J.B.S. Halden Avenue Kolkata-700105. near ITC Hotel.at 7.30 P.M, to the main collection centre in Kolkata, i.e. 22 canal east road, near maniktala P.S. Kolkata. under supervision of one of our associates, Mr. Sushil Bhotra whose contact No. is 09831252712.

The full truck load is scheduled to be dispatched at 11 P.M. for Purnia, under supervision of Mr. K.R.Gupta (09831077999-09431230270 & email,venkyhitech@Hotmail.com) who has also collected materials and cash to the tune of Rs.10 lacs on his personal level, and has forwarded his assistance to the ROUND TABLE INDIA and KERT 63 to all extent.He has also provided his factory premises at VENKY STEELS PVT LTD,N-H 31 by pass road, Bellouri- Purnia 854326.contact persons for Purnia are (Mr.Sunil Singh- 09430947855 & Mr.R.C.Singh- 09431437055) for storage and disbursement of the materials, receivable from all over India Through Round Table India. in case, any of us has not been able to deliver the materials for the flood victims, may do so at their convenience to the address mentioned above.

Friends its my humble request to you all that we must acknowledge to their efforts and give them, a big thanks, to these people, who has not only helped us in transporting,handling & storing the materials at his place,but they have also been a big moral support to Me & KERT 63 in this cause.

Kindly note that,Me and few of our Tablers from KERT63 are traveling to Katihar & Purnia along-with the people mentioned above,by train on HAATE BAZAR on 05.09.08 which leaves Sealdah Station at around 8 P.M. any one of us willing to join in this noble cause are very much welcome & will be appreciated. I on behalf of the tabling fraternity thank Tr.Sanjay Rathor & his tablers for doing a great job. To ensure clarity & proper utilization of resources,we at AreaIV request all donors to do the needful as per the details given below to help us help these unfortunate victims of nature’s wrath.

A- Any DONOR wanting to avail 80G shall have to send the money to Round Table Trust, which effectively means that these funds can be used only for long term projects as the trust cannot release the money unless they complete their formalities.

Which means we can look at FTE in the affected areas in the future.

B-Any DONOR wanting to provide financial assistance to avoid delay can send the same to the area project a/c,or to the KERT63BIHAR RELIEF a/c directly.
