National AGM – Update

Good Morning Friends 

We have made a trip to Goa and just come back yesterday and following is the report: 

1] AGM Venue is finalised @ Midas Touch Convention Centre @ Calangute, Bardez, GOA for the 11th & 12th Jan 2007. 

2] Beach Party shall be @ Sambuca  on the 10th Jan 2007. (Beach Side Shack) 

3] Informal nite shall be @ TITO’S, Baga Beach, Calangute, Goa. on the 11th Jan 2007  – Where else ?? 

4] Presidents Banquet shall be @ Emerald Lawns, Saligao Road Parra, Bardez, Goa. 

5] All hotel accommodations are finalized same will be put up along with the Registration Form very soon. 

6] All Transport Logistics finalized  

7] Tour operator for sight seeing is finalized. 

8] We are checking with various caterers on the menus which should be done by next 2 to 3 weeks. 

9] Infrastructure is on the verge of finalization like Sound, DJ, Lights, Decor etc.. etc…. 

10] We are now working on taking back the advances from the various hotels and convention venue (Kala Academy) which were paid by DRT-60.
